How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 days, depending on your location and proximity to a major metro area. Your order ships from our warehouse within 0–3 days, travels direct to your local delivery team, and delivery is scheduled within 48 hours of arrival at the local facility.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Every order ships free with driveway delivery — no minimums, no thresholds. Infrared saunas and indoor products also include free Preferred Placement to your garage or front door. For outdoor products like swing sets, pergolas, gazebos and more, Preferred Placement is available for $99. You can see which service level applies on the checkout page.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all 48 contiguous US states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
How will I know when my order is arriving?
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can follow your order’s progress anytime through your tracking portal. For Preferred Placement and assembly deliveries, you’ll also get a call or text to schedule your delivery appointment.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
For free driveway delivery, no — we’ll deliver to your driveway and post a delivery photo to your tracking portal. For Preferred Placement and assembly services, an adult must be home to provide a signature.
Where exactly will my order be delivered?
That depends on your service level. Free driveway delivery goes right to your driveway. Infrared saunas and indoor products include free Preferred Placement to your garage or front door. For outdoor products, the $99 Preferred Placement upgrade lets a two-person crew place your order in your garage or backyard. Check your product page to see which service level applies.
What if something arrives damaged?
Over 99% of our orders arrive without any damage. On the rare occasion something does come in damaged, contact us and our parts team will ship replacement parts to you quickly. You deal directly with our team — not a carrier’s claims department. We ship replacement parts, not excuses.
Can I choose where my order is placed?
Yes. Infrared saunas and indoor products include free Preferred Placement to your garage or front door. For outdoor products, add Preferred Placement ($99) and a two-person crew will deliver to your driveway, garage, or backyard. You’ll schedule a delivery appointment ahead of time so everything goes smoothly.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes. We offer professional delivery as well as assembly for select products — see product pages for details. For indoor products like infrared saunas, we offer full white-glove service which includes delivery to your room of choice (including up one flight of stairs), full assembly*, and debris removal.
